The Edmonton Drillers overcame a four goal night from Colorado's Mehdi Sfaira to take home a 7-4 win at Servus Place. Phil Pavicic stayed hot with two goals and was matched by Sam Lam's pair. The Drillers improved to 3-1, while the Lightning had their three-game winning streak snapped and fall to 3-3.
Colorado now heads to Saskatoon to try to salvage their Canadian road trip with a victory.
